I can’t set a video as the gallery cover. What should I do?

Please check the size and format of your video. The maximum allowed size for a cover video is 100 MB. This limit is in place to ensure that galleries load quickly for both you and your clients.

Also, make sure to check the file format. Pixover does not support the .mov format for cover videos. This is an Apple-specific format, and some browsers — including Google Chrome — do not support it. To avoid cases where the cover fails to display, we’ve added this restriction.
