• Can I change my subscription plan?

  Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. The new plan will activate automatically and immediately upon switching, and it will be valid for the new paid period starting from the activation date.

• Do I need to link a card to activate the free subscription?

  No, a bank card is not required. You can try our service with no obligations.

• How can I switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription?

  To switch to a yearly subscription, go to the 'Subscription' section and choose the yearly plan. Then proceed to the payment page to complete the process. Note: the new subscription will be activated immediately and the previous one will be canceled. We recommend switching near the end of your current billing cycle.

• What happens to my galleries if I cancel my subscription?

  After your paid period ends, all of your galleries will remain stored for 7 more days. After that, your storage will be limited to 3 GB, and the oldest galleries will be deleted first. You’ll receive a reminder 3 days before deletion.
