How can I learn to use the service?

Do clients need to register to view or download files?

No, clients do not need to register on the service to view, select, or download files from the gallery.

How long are my galleries stored?

Your galleries are stored indefinitely until you delete them yourself. If you were using a paid subscription and canceled it, your galleries will be stored for an additional 7 days after the paid period ends. After that, the storage will be limited to 3 GB, starting with the deletion of the oldest galleries.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in Schengen Area countries.

How can I switch from a monthly to an annual subscription?

To activate an annual subscription, go to the 'Subscription' section and select the annual plan. Then proceed to the payment page to complete the transaction. Please note that when switching plans, the new subscription becomes active immediately, and the previous plan is canceled. We recommend switching subscription plans in the final days of your current subscription.

What happens to my galleries if I cancel my subscription?

After the paid period ends, all your galleries will be stored for an additional 7 days. After that, the storage will be limited to 3 GB, starting with the deletion of the oldest galleries. You will receive a reminder 3 days before deletion.

Uploading Files to the Pixover Service

Why are files uploading to the gallery slowly?

The upload speed depends on your internet connection. For faster file uploads, it is recommended to use an internet connection with a speed of about 100 Mbps or more. You can check your connection speed at speedtest.net

Do I need to wait for files to finish uploading to edit the gallery?

No, you can immediately edit other settings of your gallery while files are uploading.

What should I do if photo thumbnails show as 'Processing' after uploading?

If you see 'Processing' for an extended period and the thumbnails are not loading, but the file upload was successful, try refreshing the page. Your files are safe, but we need some time to create previews of your photos.

Why do I encounter issues uploading files to the gallery?

We recommend avoiding older browser versions. Update your browser to the latest version to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, low RAM can affect the photo upload process if it is insufficient or your computer is overloaded with other tasks. Try closing unnecessary programs and browser tabs to free up system resources.

Why do errors occur when uploading videos to the service from a mobile device?

Errors may occur if you upload videos directly from the media library (gallery) on your mobile device. This is because the media library does not always correctly transmit the file sizes, which can cause an error about exceeding the video size limit. To resolve this, move the video to the 'Files' folder on your phone. If the video size meets the limit specified by your subscription plan, the upload will be successful.

Downloading Files from the Service to Devices

Why create an archive when downloading files from the gallery?

This is more reliable, especially for users with unstable internet connections. A file archive is created and stored for 3 days, which avoids repeated processing for each user during this period. To optimize downloading for the client, the photographer can click the 'Generate new archive' button. In this case, the client will not have to wait for the archiving process to complete before downloading the photos.

Why can't I download photos and videos from the gallery to my phone?

This can happen if you are using built-in browsers in Instagram or Telegram. We recommend using the service through official browsers like Google Chrome, Safari, etc., for proper functionality.

Where can I find the downloaded archive with files on my phone?

The archive is stored in the 'Files' folder. You do not need an additional archive tool as it is built into your mobile device. Simply tap the file to extract it.
