If the Site Administration finds that the User has created multiple accounts for this purpose, all their accounts will be blocked, and galleries and data uploaded through those accounts will be deleted. The Administration reserves the right to block the User's email address used to create the accounts and deny further access to the Site's services.

User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to:

Subscription and Payment
The Site's paid features are provided on a subscription basis, which is processed by the User via the Monobank payment system.
- Automatic payment withdrawal: After subscribing, the payment is made according to the selected period: either monthly (every 30 calendar days) or annually (every 365 days) via the linked card. After the first payment, the system automatically links the card token for subsequent withdrawals.
- Subscription plan change: If the User upgrades to a higher plan, the new plan is activated immediately, and the previous plan is canceled. The amount paid for the previous plan is non-refundable or compensable. If the User switches to a lower plan, the new plan is activated immediately, and the full cost of the new plan is charged regardless of the remaining time on the previous plan. No refunds or compensation for the difference in plan prices will be provided.
- Inability to withdraw payment: If the payment is not made automatically, the subscription will be canceled, and access to paid features will be suspended until successful payment.
The User has the right to remove the linked card at any time via the personal account. If the active subscription remains without a linked card, it will automatically be canceled after the current paid period ends, and access to paid services will be terminated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible in the event of a technical error, incorrect charge, or actions of third-party services. If the User decides to cancel the subscription to the selected plan, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no refunds will be provided. The speed of the refund process depends on banking procedures and payment systems through which the payment was made. Bank and payment system fees for processing payments are non-refundable.
Data Storage Policy
The amount of User data storage on the Site depends on the selected subscription plan. If necessary, the User can increase their data storage limit for an additional fee. If the User exceeds the limit after switching to a lower plan or canceling the subscription, the Site will begin deleting old galleries. Deletion will start 7 days after the limit is exceeded and will continue until the data volume matches the subscription plan limit. Galleries will be deleted chronologically: the oldest files are deleted first. The User is responsible for monitoring the volume of their data and transferring it to other storage if necessary.
Limitation of Liability
The Site Administration is not responsible for any damages that may arise from using the Site, loss of data, technical failures, or force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, provider issues, or restrictions imposed by government decisions. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site but will make every effort to restore normal operations in the event of technical failures. The Site is also not responsible for the User's use of an outdated version of the Agreement. Updated versions of the Agreement are published on the Site, and the User is obligated to monitor changes and review the latest versions of policies and terms of the Site.
